EXPLORING PHOTOGRAPHY!

SUMMER 2024: From excursions off-campus to “scavenger hunts” to discussions on composition, we will explore the art of photography through the ages.

From photo excursions off-campus, to “scavenger hunts”, to discussions on lighting and composition techniques, we will explore the art of photography through the ages. This will be a hands-on, creative process with the end goal of building your own unique portfolio! We will discuss photographers from Ansel Adams to Annie Leibovitz, and explore a multitude of genres. From nature and the animals in it, portraits, abstract, and everything in between — you’ll have the opportunity to discover your own preferences and express yourselves in a unique and creative way.

No experience necessary and an iPhone or iPad is totally acceptable if you do not have a digital DSLR.
